To provide you the fastest delivery of your purchase, we have partnered with some of the best Courier companies that are available in India who would make sure that your orders are delivered at your doorstep safely and on or before time.

Shipping is free on all orders. All the items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap. pestfreezone ships your order through the best courier companies available. You will be getting a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders received are shipped within 24 hrs. In most cases, it is shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3PM except Public Holidays or weekends in some cases

Generally, all orders are delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your shipping location. Orders placed from Delhi/NCR are usually delivered on the next working day. Do note that, for certain pin codes not serviced by our courier partner(s), we may use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to add an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Deliveries made through Speed Post – Indian Postal Service might take longer than usual delivery time.

We also offer "Cash on Delivery" or COD on all our products. You can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on website. You will have to pay the money to the delivery person before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency, DD or Cheque as payment against a COD order. To serve you better and provide fast delivery, pestfreezone team may contact you (email/phone) for address verification. Alternatively you may also get an IVR Call on your registered number to verify the authenticity of the order. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in the next 48 hours from the time of order placed. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
